ABT-510 and ABT-898 reduced prolactinoma growth induced by DES. Pituitary tumors were induced in adult female rats by sc implantation of a 20-mg DES pellet. After 2 wk of DES pellet implantation, rats were injected three times a week during 2 wk with 100 mg/kg ABT-510, 100 mg/kg ABT-898, or vehicle (5% dextrose, DES control group).
