Sera of six rhesus macaques were tested for HPV16 L1-specific antibodies using a VLP-based ELISA every 2 weeks after i.n. vaccination with rAAV5-L1 and either two (A) or one (B) immunizations with rAAV9-L1 (1×1013 gp/dose).
