PBMC were preincubated for 1 h in the presence of Tac and stimulated with 1 µg/ml anti-CD3 and anti-CD28. Flow cytometry of intracellular IFN-r (A), IL-4 (B), Th17 (C) and Treg (D) in CD4+ T cells stimulated in the presence of plate-bound anti-CD3 plus anti-CD28, assessed after 48 h and then stimulated for 4 h with PMA and ionomycin in the presence of GolgiStop.
