Values are obtained using the fixed support (constraint F, data shown as crosses) for ages less than 30 years and the sliding support (constraint S, data shown as circles) for lenses aged more than 30 years. If QM > 1 then Model D provides the best match with the reference outline. Conversely, if QM < 1 then Model E provides the best match.
