Intracellular Fe concentration in different cell lines. Fe concentration in MCF-7 (A), HepG2 (B) FAR positive and A549 (C) FAR negative cells that were treated with 100 μg/mL concentration of FA-SPION, SPION and competitive inhibition by FA (10 mM) of competitive FA-SPION for different period of time ranging from 30 minutes to 12 hours.
