Gross findings. A: Duct-ectatic type. Tumor filled the dilated intrahepatic bile duct. Surrounding bile duct was also dilated; B: Cystic type. Cystic dilatation of intrahepatic bile duct. Papillary tumor was found in the dilated intrahepatic bile duct. Significant retention of mucin was observed.
