Cell death induced by Mt-I, Mt-II, Ctx and Ntx. Cytotoxicity was measured with the MTS assay on mouse peritoneal macrophages (a) and on macrophagic cell lines RAW264.7 and J774.A1 (b) as a function of the toxin concentration in the medium.
