SOD transcript abundance determined by RNA-sequencing in C. reinhardtii strain 2137 (data from the National Center for Biotechnology Information Gene Expression Omnibus, accession number GSE25124; Castruita et al., 2011). Cells were grown photoheterotrophically in nutrient-replete TAP medium (18 μM Fe).
