Human melanoma A375 cells were seeded at density of 10,000 cells per well of 96 well plate and treated with 40 μM of Oroxylin A (Oro), Methoxy Chrysin (Meo Chry), Chrysin (Chry) at a concentration of 40 μM and 4 μM Trichostatin A (TSA) for 24 h. The cell viability of A375 cells was measured by MTT assay 24 h after compound treatment.
