BHK-21 cells were mock-infected or infected with r-HN or the transfected supernatants at a MOI of 1 and incubated at 37°C. Infected cell extracts were prepared at 12 h post-infection. Proteins were separated on a 12% SDS-PAGE, blotted, and probed with anti-HSV(A), anti-FLAG (B) or anti-3A mAb (C). The numbers on the left represent molecular mass standards in kilodaltons (kDa).
