Maximal currents (normalized to (α3β4)2α5(Asp-398); see “Experimental Procedures”) were compared between α3β4* nAChR concatemers for acetylcholine (10−6 to 10−2.25 m), cytisine (10−6.25 to 10−3 m), and nicotine (10−6.25 to 10−3 m).
