Case 1

(A) A 44-year-old female with both retracted alae (Table 1, patient 9). A preoperative lateral view shows the retracted ala. (B) The skin surface of 4×17 mm and 4×16 mm chondrocutaneous composite tissue from the concha were grafted. Lateral view 6 months after the operation shows the correction of the retracted ala.
