Effects of masTF and hasTF in the scratch assay. bEnd.3 cells (A) and HRECs (B) were grown to confluence in six-well plates and serum-starved overnight in DMEM containing 2% FBS. Eight radial scratches per well were introduced (see Materials and Methods). After 38 h, cells were washed with PBS, fixed in methanol and stained with 0.1% crystal violet.
