Thrombin generation parameters of the different cell lines and of standard TF in platelet-free plasma (PFP). Cells were collected, washed and lysed in PBS at 3×10⁶ cells/mL. Standard preparations of lipidated TF at 1 and 5 pM (Thrombinoscope) were used in the same experiments. Results are the mean ± SD of at least three different experiments.
