Effect of polyP addition on in vitro transcription by RNA polymerase I (RNA pol I). Aliquots of the nucleolar fraction from U266 HMCL were analyzed for RNA pol I transcription activity in a non-specific transcription assay. PolyP65 was added in the assay at the indicated concentrations. Results from a representative experiment performed in triplicate is shown, with the standard deviation of the data indicated by error bars.
