Overall structural analysis of GIG47 by CD and NMR techniques. (A) A CD spectrum of GIG47 (20 μM) obtained under 20 mM sodium acetate (pH6.5), 0.1 mM PMSF, 0.01 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 0.1 mM benzamidine, 0.02% (w/v) NaN₃ at 20°C. Low ellipticity at 220 nm indicates that the protein is mostly unstructured.
