HeLa cells were treated with (A) 150 µM Tween-80 or (B) 150 µM deoxycholate for 4 h in serum-free DMEM. The cells were fixed and FISH was used to monitor the distribution of tRNALys. The cells were stained with DAPI to visualize the nucleus. Scale bar represents 10 µm.
