Allergy was induced in B6 mice as described in the Methods. Just before the aerosol challenge, the Treg composition was assessed for some of the sensitized mice, as indicated. (A) The expression of Klrg1 by Tregs from the indicated tissues before and after induction of acute asthma. (B) Enumeration of the number of total and Klrg1+ Tregs.
