Effect of RHL on the cell proliferation of Hela cells. (A) The cells were treated with various concentrations of RHL at 37°C for 48 h. The effects on cell proliferation were examined using MTT assay and the cell proliferation was calculated as the percentage of the control. (B) The cells were cultured with RHL (50, 75, 100 and 125 μM) for the indicated times and the effects on cell proliferation were also determined using MTT assay. Assays were performed in triplicate.
