Effect of RHL on MAPKs in Hela cells. (A) The cells were treated with RHL for 48 h at the indicated concentrations and then harvested, lysed and subjected to Western blotting using p-ERK, ERK, p-p38 MAPK, p38 MAPK, p-JNK, JNK and β-actin antibodies.
