Dose-response curves to determine cytotoxicity of rLaSota eGFP in normal (SVHUC-1) and tumor (U87MG, RPMI-8226, and MDA-MB231) cell lines. Cells were infected with serial 10-fold dilutions of each virus and subjected to WST-1 assay after 48 h.
