Endothelial attachment. (A) Adsorbed surface concentrations of LysB10.V2 and LysB10 protein solutions ranging from 0.5 mg/mL to 10 mg/mL. Quantitation was performed with bicinchoninic acid protein assay. (B) HUVEC adhesion to varying amounts of adsorbed proteins. 50 μg/mL FN was adsorbed as a positive control, all data normalized to FN control and reported as fraction of adherent cells compared to that on FN-coated wells. Data represent one of three similar experiments, with each condition run in quadruplicate.
