Cells were grown overnight in the absence or presence of 100 µM CuSO4. (B) Western blotting and quantification of Seg1-GFP levels relative to Pgk1 in cells constitutively expressing Seg1-GFP from the SEG1 promoter (WT) or in cells inducibly expressing Seg1-GFP from the CUP1 promoter.
