Parenchymal neuronal ASM expression in nonhuman primates (NHPs). Immunostaining against hASM indicated strong neuronal transduction in both targeted regions (thalamus and brainstem). Expression of the hASM transgene was detected in all vector-treated brains irrespective of AAV dose and survival time point.
