(A) Monomeric and heptameric Z^EGFR, (B) monomeric and heptameric Z^HER2 targeting ligands, and (C) heptameric core itself were prepared in a 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.4. Temperature was increased from 25°C to 94°C. Spectra were recorded at various temperatures. The ellipticity at 220 nm was used for the analysis.
