Expression of epitope-tagged A8 and A23 in recombinant viruses and stably transfected cells. Proteins from uninfected, stably transfected, and infected cell extracts were resolved by electrophoresis in an SDS 4 to 12% polyacrylamide gel, transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane, probed with antibody to the HA and V5 epitope tags, and detected by fluorescence.
