PCR produces profiles of homozygous for cqm1 (lane 1), heterozygous for cqm1_REC (lane 2), homozygous for cqm1_REC (lane 3), heterozygous for cqm1_REC-D16 (lane 4), homozygous for cqm1_REC-D16 (lane 5), and homozygous for cqm1_REC-D25 (lane 6).
