Inhibition of virus replication in MT-4 cells by miR-ACB. MT-4 cell lines expressing antiviral genes were infected with HIV-1. Viral replication was monitored by measuring the expression of CA-p24. Values for CA-p24 concentration are averages of three independent experiments. (A) Wild-type HIV-1NL4-3 virus; (B) miR-A2 resistant virus; (C) miR-B3 resistant virus; (D) miR-C1 resistant virus.
