(A) Average signal intensity (mean ± SD, n = 6). (B) Number of signals with a signal-noise ratio (S/N)>5 (mean ± SD, n = 6). Both average signal intensity and S/N ratio were significantly enhanced in tissues subjected to SSP pretreatment at all heating durations (*P<0.001).
