S. aureus growth in the presence of IsdB specific mAb or isotype control mAb. Growth chambers containing 1 × 106 CFU Becker and 1 mg of mAb CS-D7 (inverted triangle), or 20C2HA, (closed circles), or no mAb (open circles) were evaluated for outgrowth of bacteria during a 24 h period.
