Cells were treated with different concentrations of exemestane for 6 and 9 days. Treated cells were harvested and labeled with Annexin V-PE and 7-AAD followed by flow cytometry analysis. Data are presented as viable cells (Annexin V-/7-AAD-), early apoptotic (Annexin V+/7-AAD-) and late apoptotic or necrotic cells (Annexin V+/7-AAD+). Cells cultured with T at 1 nM were considered as control and cells treated with T plus STS (1 µM) were considered as positive control for apoptosis. The data represents means ± SEM of three independent experiments done in triplicate. The ratio treatment/control is presented in bold within brackets.
