Global tyrosine phosphorylation changes in T lymphocytes upon stimulation with anti-CD3 antibody. The cells were incubated in control medium (lanes 1) or in the presence of 1 μg/ml anti-CD3 antibody for 5 min (lanes 2) and then lysed. Aliquots of protein extracted from total cells lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE and stained with colloidal Coomassie (A). Identical amounts of sample were loaded in a second gel and immunoblotted with P-Tyr-100 antibody (B).
