Cell count data (points) are individual measurements from within each Bay at various sites and depths. Stranding data (bars) are compiled based on monthly strandings per county (Apalachicola Bay  =  Franklin County, St. Joseph Bay  =  Gulf County, St. Andrew Bay  =  Bay County, and Choctawhatchee Bay  =  Okaloosa and Walton Counties).
