A) Mouse model developed with anti-thrombocyte antiserum showed significantly decreased numbers of platelet (PLT) but not other cells such as lymphocytes (LY), red blood cells (RBC), neutrophils (NE), and monocytes (MO) at 6 hours, and platelet counts recovered at 24 hours.
