Intracellular cytokine staining of γδ⁺ T cells derived from healthy (A) or EAE (B) CNS tissues of chimeric mice (clinical score = 1). Lymphocytes were pooled from five individual mice and γδ T cells were restimulated 5 h with PMA. Intracellular cytokine staining was assessed in both WT (CD45.1) and TLR4^−/− (CD45.2) fractions.
