Sagittal T2WI (a) and STIR-T2WI (b) show a well-defined, ovoid-shaped, high-intensity lesion (black arrow) within the cervical cord at C2–C4, with mild fusiform expansion of the cord. On sagittal T1WI (c), the lesion is slightly hypointense (black arrow). After gadolinium administration (d), the lesion enhances intensely and homogeneously (white arrow).
