Generation of MLSA clusters in relation to the number of gene fragments included in analysis. Dendrograms were constructed from all combinations of the five housekeeping genes, and the proportion of bootstrap consensus trees assigning 68 strains to the MLSA clusters of Fig. 1 was calculated (●).
