Inhibitory properties of anti-Chlamydia sera for infectivity of C. trachomatis L2 EBs. The ability of anti-Chlamydia sera to neutralize the infectivity of C. trachomatis L2 EBs was evaluated using iBAChIE. L929 cells were infected with C. trachomatis EBs preincubated with various concentrations of anti-RpoA antibody or anti-Chlamydia sera for 30 min prior to infection. Percent inhibition was calculated relative to the wells without treatment following 24 h of incubation. ND, no inhibition was detected.
