Weight gain in grams of animals infected with Trypanosoma cruzi strain and treated with compound 2, posaconazole, or benznidazole in comparison with the noninfected-control groups. The weight gain was calculated by the difference between the weights of animals obtained on days 1 and 20 of the treatment and on days 1 and 30 posttreatment. The weights of animals included in control groups were obtained at the same times.
