(A) hPTECs were incubated with TGB-β (2 ng/ml) for 24 and 72 h. Supernatants were precipitated and fibronectin was detected by Western blotting. (B) N-cadherin and fibronectin were visualized by immunocytochemistry in cells treated with TGF-β for 72 h. (C) The fibronectin network was detected in cells treated with TGF-β and the Rho-kinase inhibitor Y27632 (10 µM) for 72 h.
