Recovery of [3H]6-AziP-labeled protein/peptides during sample preparation
Two milligrams of Sf9 cell membranes expressing His8-β3 homomeric GABAA receptors were photolabeled with 15 μM [3H]6-AziP, which was followed by affinity purification, Lys-C/chymotrypsin digestion (4 h), and SPE. Recovery was calculated on the basis of the radioactivity of [3H]6-AziP in protein/peptides.
