The 293 cells transfected with the plasmid encoding HA-tagged hA3B plasmids (293/hA3B) or control plasmids (293/pcDNA3) were selected by G418 and were used as recipient cells for infectivity assay. The recipient cells were infected with XMRV or MX viruses that were produced from the infected 293 T cells. *The infectious units (IU) were measured from the number of infectious centers that was normalized by the amount of Capsid in viruses and IU per ml was shown. **The relative infectivity to the 293/pcDNA3 infected with XMRV viruses was shown.
