PK 11195 pretreatment reduces the seizure threshold elevation induced by midazolam. PK11195 (15 mg·kg⁻¹, i.p.) was administered 30 min before the treatment with midazolam (500 µg·kg⁻¹, i.p.) or vehicle; 15 min after the second pretreatment, all animals were infused with PTZ.
