A) For biomass accumulation fresh weight is measured. Three experiments were done for each time point. Each experiment had 3 contained pots which had 6 plants for fresh weight measurements. B) Transpiration rate during the day and at night. Three experiments were done for each data point and each data point had 3 measurements.
