The 559 CO₂ regulated transcripts (p<0.001) in the present study were compared to publicly available microarray data. The number of transcripts that overlap is shown on the figure. There are group of CO₂ regulated genes are also regulated by biotic, abiotic, sugar, JA and ABA. There are another group CO₂ regulated genes are also regulated by sugar and abiotic stress. Biotic stress is for Phytophthora infestans and Botrytis cinerea. Abiotic stress is for cold, osmotic and salt stress.
