Effects of TNFα and IGF-I on FGF9 gene expression in GC of small and large follicles (experiment 8). Granulosa cells from small and large follicles were cultured for 48 h in the presence of 10% FCS and then treated with TNFα (0 or 30 ng/ml) or IGF-I (0 or 30 ng/ml) for 24 h. Cells were concomitantly treated with 30 ng/ml FSH. Values are means of three separate experiments (± sem) and normalized to constitutively expressed 18S rRNA. Within a panel, means without a common letter differ (P < 0.05).
