Near full-length genome map of the 10 BF recombinants primary isolates. Breakpoints and subtype composition of isolates revealed mosaic structures related to CRF28_BF (3), CRF29_BF (3), and URFs (4). Recombination breakpoints were determined with the jpHMM algorithm available online at the GOBICS server (http://jphmm.gobics.de/jphmm.html).
