Left inset shows area under the curve (AUC) during the habituation period. Right inset shows AUC after i.p. injection of 10 mg/kg cocaine. During habituation, SB-334867 reduced locomotor activity but only for the highest dose tested (30 mg/kg). Following i.p. cocaine, however, SB-334867 had no significant effect on locomotor activity.
