Cooperative action of T-bet and Tmevpg1 restores Ifng expression. CMV-Tmevpg1, CMV-Tbx21 and/or CMV-empty vector plasmids were transfected into Th1 polarized BALB-c/J.Stat4−/−Tbx21−/− cells.
