A, Thylakoid protein complexes were solubilized with 0.5% n-dodecyl-β-d-maltoside and separated on 4% to 16% BN/PAGE gels (10 µg of chlorophyll per lane). Thylakoid membrane proteins were separated further using 14% SDS-PAGE and were silver stained. CBB, Coomassie Brilliant Blue.
